Return Due to Change of Mind
Asmofit understands that sometimes preferences change. Therefore, we gladly accept returns prompted by a change of mind. To qualify for a return, please submit a request within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. We offer a hassle-free return pick-up service for your convenience. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming its completion.
Warranty Returns
At Asmofit, we stand by the quality of our products. We accept valid warranty claims if submitted within 1 year from the date of purchase. After receiving the returned item for a warranty claim, our team will process it within 7 days. Upon confirming your warranty claim, you have the option to receive a new replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
Tracking Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. This link allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress, leveraging real-time updates from our partnered shipping providers.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you notice any damage to your parcel upon receipt, we recommend rejecting the delivery from the courier whenever feasible. Kindly contact our customer service immediately to report the issue, ensuring swift resolution and a satisfactory outcome for you.
